Wellness In Motion was born from my personal journey — a path that began in the structured world of finance and evolved into a deeper exploration of holistic wellbeing. As an ACA-qualified accountant, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Wellness Coach, I’ve lived both ends of the spectrum: the high-performance demands of corporate life and the physical intensity of the fitness world, including competing in a bikini bodybuilding competition.
While discipline shaped me, it was balance that ultimately transformed me. Over time, I realized that true wellness isn't about pushing harder, it's about tuning in.
