Treadmill Coaching

Treadmill Coaching is the same one-to-one Wellness Coaching (same depth, goals, and outcomes) delivered side-by-side on treadmills at an easy, conversational pace. The relaxed, low-pressure vibe and gentle motion help lower stress, support focus and mood, and often unlock clearer thinking. It’s coaching with light movement (not a workout),

time-efficient, and suitable for all fitness levels. We’ll always respect

any medical considerations.

How it works

• Comfortable, talk-friendly pace (you set speed/incline)

• Pause or sit anytime (coaching leads, movement supports)

• Wear activewear or walkable work attire

• Available in-gym or anywhere with two treadmills or out in nature

1:1 Wellness Coaching

A calm, focused space to reset and move forward.

For high-performing individuals navigating stress, burnout, or seeking better alignment, these one-to-one sessions create a confidential space to reset, gain clarity, and build sustainable change. Coaching is tailored to your life and goals, with practical tools you can apply immediately to feel more energy, focus, and confidence.

Stress, Sleep, Recovery & Regeneration.

We’ll clarify priorities, map simple next steps, and turn insight into consistent action.

wellbeing so you can lead yourself with more ease and resilience.

Before We Begin

Prior to your first session, we’ll connect briefly by phone or email to understand where you are and what support you’re looking for. You’ll also complete a short self-assessment to reflect on your current mindset, self-care, and emotional balance.

If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive a simple intake form to guide our first session with purpose and clarity.

Just 3–5 minutes for powerful insight.

Your First Session

Our first session is about realignment, defining your personal Wellness Vision, exploring your biggest challenges, and mapping out a plan that feels grounded, practical, and fully yours.

From there, we’ll set realistic goals, determine a rhythm that works for you, and begin building meaningful shifts — together.

 

You’ll receive compassionate accountability and adaptable support every step of the way.

Support Between Sessions

Every coaching package includes:

  • WhatsApp or Email Support (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00)

  • Responses within 24 hours

  • Gentle reminders, accountability check-ins, or mindset support, whenever you need it most
