  • 1 seabass fillet (approx. 180-200g)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp mixed fish herbs (dill, parsley, thyme)
  • 1 lemon (half sliced, half for juice)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
 
 
Process:
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C .
  • Place the seabass fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, fish herbs, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly around the fish.
  • Arrange lemon slices on top of the seabass.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender and slightly caramelized.
  • Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
