1 seabass fillet (approx. 180-200g)

1 cup broccoli florets

1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp mixed fish herbs (dill, parsley, thyme)

1 lemon (half sliced, half for juice)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Process:

Preheat the oven to 190°C .

Place the seabass fillet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, fish herbs, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly around the fish.

Arrange lemon slices on top of the seabass.
-
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender and slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish before serving.
