How It Works

Each session follows a full-body format:

  • 10 carefully selected exercises targeting upper body, lower body, and core

  • Repeat the entire circuit 3 times, with short rests between rounds

  • Each workout is approximately 35 minutes

  • Uses free weights, resistance bands and bodyweight
